1. Introductory Provisions
These terms and conditions regulate the relationship between the user and the operator of the TeamSázky mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the „application“), which is operated by the company Intoit, s.r.o. with registered office Malostranské náměstí 262/9, 118 00 Prague 1 – Malá Strana,, ID number: 29053421 (hereinafter referred to as the „operator“).
2. Subject to Terms
The subject of these terms and conditions is the determination of the rights and obligations of the user and the operator in connection with the use of the TeamSázky application.
3. Registration and Account
To use the TeamSázky application, you must register and create a user account. During registration, the user provides his personal data, which are important for the proper functioning of the application and its services. The user is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the correctness of the information provided.
4. Protection of personal data
The operator processes the user’s personal data in accordance with the laws in force in the Czech Republic. The user agrees to the processing of his personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of the services of the TeamSázky application. More detailed information on the processing of users‘ personal data is provided in the application’s Privacy Policy.
Users can:
request information from TeamSázky about what personal data of Users it processes,
request access to this data from TeamSázek and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
request TeamSázek to delete this personal data, TeamSázek will carry out this deletion if it does not conflict with the law or the legitimate interests of TeamSázek,
file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, object to processing based on the legitimate interest of TeamSázek. .
5. Use of the Application
TeamSázky is a web application, an iOS application and an Android application. Links to all applications can be found on the website www.teamsazky.cz. The service is a place where users predict the results of sports matches in closed groups. The TeamSázky application automatically evaluates who owes how much to whom based on real match results.
As such, no funds can be uploaded to the application and it does not process funds in any way. It is free to use. Transactions take place outside the application directly between users and TeamSázky does not provide any guarantee for the calculated transactions
The user must be aware of the risks associated with gambling and betting on sports events. The operator is not responsible for any losses that the user may suffer in connection with the use of the application.
6. Rights and obligations of the contracting parties
TeamSázky grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the Application to the extent and under the conditions specified in the user environment of the Application.
TeamSázky is entitled to disable the User’s user account after the license period has expired.
A user may not create more than one user account.
The user has no right to grant a third party a sub-license to use the TeamSázky Application.
TeamSázky has the right to change the Application (or its part) at any time, and in case of violation of the contract, Terms or legal regulations by the User, to disable the Application.
The User can stop using the Application at any time by simply uninstalling the Application from the device where the Application is downloaded. The user is not entitled to any compensation from TeamSázek in connection with the use and/or uninstallation of the application.
The User has the right to use the Application under these Terms in the current version available in the AppStore or Google Play. User agrees not to interfere with or prevent updates.
TeamSázky and the User hereby declare and make it indisputable that the Application meets the conditions of § 562, paragraph 2 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, i.e. that the data records in the Application and its database as an electronic system are reliable and are carried out systematically and sequentially and are protected against changes.
7. Responsibility for the content and behavior of users
Users are responsible for the content and behavior they create in connection with the TeamSázky application. The user may not upload illegal, defamatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate materials to the application. The operator reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms and conditions.
8. Changes to Terms
The operator reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The user will be informed about the changes in the application. If the user does not agree with the new conditions, he can cancel his account in the application.
9. Limitation of Liability
The operator does not provide any guarantees regarding the functionality of the application and the services provided. The operator is not responsible for any damages that the user suffers in connection with the use of the application. The exclusion of liability does not apply to situations where the operator violates the laws in force in the Czech Republic.
10. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the user and the operator of the TeamSázky application. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions. The law of the Czech Republic applies to these terms and conditions.

What data is collected automatically
intoit, s.r.o. company runs the TeamSázky application. When you use this application, information may be collected automatically, such as through cookies and web server logs. What data do we collect?
Full name – to identify users who have access to your group
Profile pictures – to visually enhance the application and easily distinguish between users and group members
Your TeamSázky data – transactions, members, groups, change history, for basic functionality and backup
Analytical data: anonymized logs of your behavior, clicks on elements, time spent on screens, etc. to make decisions about the development of the application and detect UX problems based on the data
Crash report data: crash details with diagnostic information about your device, network, language, etc.
Where is the data stored?
All our data is stored in Google Cloud Platform. Geographically, the data is stored in the United States. All data is also stored on your device.
How is the data secured?
Google Cloud Platform is trusted by many businesses around the world and has some of the best security in the industry. In addition, we only provide our data via HTTPS (encrypted connection). This way, your data cannot be intercepted on the way, for example when connecting to an unsecured WiFi network. We take security very seriously and take every precaution to prevent data leakage. What is shared with third parties?
We do not share your data with any third parties except:
Google LLC – provider of our backend services (database, file storage, analytics, crash reporting, web hosting, Google Play app statistics);
Apple Inc. – iTunes Connect application statistics;
Bubbly Corp, s.r.o. – statistics and data for the purposes of marketing campaigns;
if required by law or necessary to comply with valid legal process.
How long is the data stored?
We store data for 1 year after using the application.
